Walk For Life

One of the most effective ways to make a difference is by forming a fundraising team! Start by choosing a team captain who will create the team and invite others to join. Each team member can then help raise support by reaching out to friends, family, coworkers, and church members for donations. On Walk Day, your team will come together to celebrate the impact you’ve made, with donations either collected online or turned in at the event. See below for the different ways you can collect donations.

As a bonus, individuals and teams who reach fundraising milestone by Walk Day will be eligible to receive prizes and incentives at various levels!

1. Online Fundraising

After registering, you and your teammates can begin raising support through your personal Walk for Life fundraising page or your team page. Share your link with friends and family, post it on social media, send emails, or text it directly to potential supports. Online giving is a simple and convenient way for others to support your efforts.

2. Collect Donations in Person

You may also collect and check donations using the donation form included in the Fundraiser Packet. Please be sure to complete all donor information so we can properly process and acknowledge each gift.

Place the completed donation form and all collected donations in an envelope and bring them with you on Walk Day.

On Walk Day 

Bring all collected cash and checks to the center before Walk Day in a sealed envelope along with your completed donation form.

If you raised $120 or more, you can pick up your Walk For Life T-shirt at the center prior to the event.
